fitness crazed

so yesterday i did an hour of intense cardio at the gym, then some fierce lunges, plies, and squats, then went on a 4 mile power walk with lisa. today i did a half hour of intense cardio, power walked with jenfen, and did an hour of pilates. throw in the hip hop dancing i did while choreographing and the fact that i plan on doing some yoga before bed, and i think you could say i've been a bit fitness crazed.

but here's the real truth: i love food. i love eating and i hate counting my calories. have i been obsessed with diets and fasts and detox cleanses before? yes- i am prone to fall under their spell at times. but more often than not, i just love to eat. and if i dont work out for about 3 hours every day, i will end up with a fat ass and cottage cheese thighs.

nobody likes cottage cheese on thighs. gross.
